Switch's Not Rigging?

I have two swatches that have hands in them, but they dont rig unless i take the hands out of it. A swatch for eyes work, but these ones dont. any help?

You know that you can put bones in switch layers?

Try this:
select your switch layer.
Make sure you're on frame zero.
Click on the BIND LAER TO BONE button.
Click on the bone you want to bind the switch layer to.
Now your switch layer should be 'rigged' to the bone.
The eyes are probably only working because they're in a strong bone. You should also bind the eyes switch layer to the bone too. Its probably moving a little bit when you move the main bone, but you're not realizing it.
You need to bind switch layers this way, unlike normal layers.
