hi. i baught anime studio a long time ago and i wanted to try using it again. but when i try to install it i cant read the serial code. i dont know if i am supposed to use caps or lower case, or to space the numbers apart or use hyphons or just type it all in. also, i dont know wheather or not to type an o or a 0?

Try copying and pasting the code from the email they sent (if you bought a downloaded version)--then everything should be perfect, whether you understand it or not.
