When I try to move around with the orbit tool Rachel get disordered ie. the neck is in front of the head, the hand appear through the hip and the eye is only a white spot (look like she is blind

Why? the same happen when I try to move with the camera.
another part I don't understand is:
I have at the moment her to walk from Right to left then switch to the back view layer and move her in the Z direction through a door then back to sideview and mirror the side view to walk from left to right. but she is still visible when she is be behind a wall, Why?
Am I expecting too much or just plain misunderstanding how to do the animation. Explanation needed, told in a very basic way, Thanks in advance.

Because layer z depth sort in 3D world is based on the Z value of the origin of the layer.

Impossible to deduce without sample file.

That means I have to setup every layer in Rachel with a Z value?
When I return home I will send a sample file, is there an address to send it to?

Mediafire is a good place to temporary host files for share.

is Rachel a 2D character? Cause then you may have "Enable 3D camera" checked in project settings.
This will cause AS to treat the layer order as depth and objects on different layers are then relative to the camera's position instead of other layers.

Thanks for the advice, here is the file inquestion:

An idea to set up the layers Z-deepth?
Vagabond: yes the project setting enable 3D camera is ticked and Rachel is the 2D girl which come with AS(P)

did you un-check the "Enable 3D camera"? Did it solve the problem of layers drifting apart?

Yes I did but it make it impossible to move the cam

and it didn't solve it just make her fall apart differently and the back-wall to hide her
I think it's difficult even though I have been through the tutorial and the book "AS the official guide". for version 5

I see her behind the wall in the sample file. Can you exactly tell in which frame range appears the problem?.
BTW that pre-made characters are awful! 15 MB! it is full of useless points!!!

Sorry for the late response.
The reason you don't see her is that I have added an extra wall (wall 2) which I made visible on frame 55. I can't place the org. wall in the same sort order as it then hide Rachel from the beginning.
If you look on the scene from above you see she moves behind the org. wall but still it don't hide her.
BTW I use her only for getting a grip on animation and at that point it doesn't matter wether she could have been made in a slicker way or not.
