I have a question: Can anyone explane the use of the two style drop down selections: "style 1 and style 2" above the swatches. I have worked and reworked the toutorials and searched the forum to understand the use of them.

I am using Anime Studio Pro, and I am not sure on how to get a screen capture, but I am sure you all know the location I am asking about.

Thanks. :?:

In the Style drop down combo box (up right) select new style. Give it a name and modify it (fill and outline color, effects). Repeat the same as many times you want creating new named styles.
Then select a shape with the select shape tool and in the style combo (close to the swatch) select the style to apply on the selected shape.

Thank you for your help, I figured that out after some trial and error, I was just wondering if there was any documentation for an explaination. Why a Style 1: and a style 2:?

Will one be more important than the other? Will they effect each other? What, asside from quick changes are they good for?

Styles are important to modify a lot of shapes in all the document in one single step. Not only for quick changes.

The second style override the first one if they share the same style property. But you can divide compound style applied by defining one style for the fill and outline colors and other style for the effects. If the property is not shared it is not overrided.
In that way you can reuse the style separately for recycle it on several combinations.

And yes, it is poorly documented even in the new Help file for the new version.
