Anime 6 (the cheap version)

Downloaded Debut 6, got half way through the PDF, everything seemed OK. Tried to use the software this morning & I can only just see the tool palette. When I undock it there's just a small box displayed with no tools visible. Tried everything, it's probably something stupid, please help!!! (Mac, Snow Leopard)
