Layers - ending

Another daft question from a newbie, I want to animate text & have it disappear, no problem with the zooming in & positioning but how do I delete the titles from the layer so they disappear from the finished animation at the time I want them to. Currently I have the titles sliding off to the side. Am using Anime Debut 6 on a Mac with Snow Leopard.
Any help appreciated

Go to your end frame open the layer properties, uncheck "visible". A key will appear in the timeline. Same procedure to make something visible again.

i had the same problem, that worked for me too
