I've got this one, but I can't say that I'm satiesfied with it.
Maybe a driver problem, and probable solved now.
The cursor jumped often along and I couldn't work with it properly.
So I disconnected it.

This is the company which produces this stuff for Aldi

That good to know, I was considering buying it, but for 30 or so more you can get a bamboo.

I still believe WACOM is the better choice
My small Graphire Tablet, years old, does still work.

But I know that the most Medion Tablets are indeed from "Trust".

This design here is very close to the one from Aldi

It's smaller but familar.

I have an old large Trust Tablet, it worked but there was no dynamic sketch possible, still the same size of the line.
It is possible, but the driver (again) went on strike. :(
