how does one go about posting thier work? is the idea that it is already uploaded to a website, then a link provided or is it possible to attatch a moho file similar to the yahoo forum?

Sorry, you can't upload files directly to this forum - you need to upload them to a website of your own, and then link to them here. Yahoo offers the free GeoCities service if you need a free website:
