I read that version 6.1 overwrites the old installation.

Is there anything to do other than copy the _tools.txt (forgot the exact name) for your tool scripts? Or must you backup and copy the directory?
Then again, if the built in scripts changes, you wouldn't want to downgrade back to version 6.0

Also, are there any other issues people had upgrading to 6.1?

well I took the scary plunge and....

It left my scripts intact!
I think it may have lost some keystroke reassignments.

Also, it lost the "most recently opened" list of files. Not the files themselves.

Verdict: Don't be afraid
