Hearing Only one sound, in SWF but there are more

I am facing one problem.

you will get one Anme File soundtest.anme and dial1.mp3
put both the files in a directory and open with ASP 6.1
This 72 Frame Animation. One Sound starts from Frame 1 and second from Frame 36. In Preview the sound appears correctly and in Mov output the sound is alright. But when I get swf output only 1st sound from frame 1 is working?.
Howto here the 2nd sound in swf.
