What happened to Create Shape/Paint Bucket tools in ASP6.1?

I've just discovered that some shapes created in ASP5.6 and ASP6.0 don't work well in ASP6.1, as shown below.
The shapes are created in ASP6.0, when opened in ASP6.1, the fills of shapes are lost.
When I try to re-create the shape with Create Shape and Paint Bucket tools in ASP6.1, I just can't get the fill, and the same with the Fazek's tools.
So, I have several questions here:
1. Is this a new Improvement, or something wrong with my setup? (I'm running Windows 2003.)
2. Is ASP6.1 file compatible with ASP6.0 file? (I wish so...)
3. Is it possible to create shape with fill from crossed curves in ASP6.1? How?
Any suggestions? Help me, please.
