This is 72 Frame Animation only Color Animation.

When I view this animation thru IE, it gives a flickering between END and Start. It seems that the IE is reloading the animation. There is No animation of camera, of any thing moving. How to remove this.

There is an empty frame at frame 72. Try to check the "Extra SWF frame" check box at the project settings.
