Just as the title says, but question - is it possible?

I have audio saved from audacity which can either be .wav or .mp3 however the audio that I have saved in the .wav format is 16 mb. WOW! And the same audio but saved as .mp3 is obviously MUCH smaller ( 1.6 mb) when I went to import the soundtrack into ASP it only showed the .wav files on my machine and not the .mp3

What can I do? I need to get this thing done soon in time for the holidays!!

"Anime Studio has limited support for audio, but you can import a single sound file as a soundtrack for your animation. Anime Studio uses libsndfile to handle sound files, so any format that libsndfile supports is fair game. Generally, it's best to stick with uncompressed WAV or AIFF files."

In short, .mp3 is a format AS 5 doesn't like...

I have just written in the thread "Hiding an object and another quick question..."

About audio and a possible solution, the free program "Audacity" has a plug in for dealing with MP3.

I may well be worth you looking at it.
