Check out this page, it contains a lot of little fantastic software for windows. It remembers me the scripters community here on forum, they construct little software for little specific tasks.
I recommend you Clipstep, Desktop and Showoff.
Clipstep give you the possibility of copy several things and past them in any order you want, all just using ctrl+c and ctrl+v. It's very intuitive and works awesomely.
Desktop put the desktop on the alt+tab menu, so you can switch between programs and the desktop too.
Showoff shows on screen any key or shortcut you press. Ideal to record video tutorials and show the people which shortcuts you are using.
