This is an Aniboom-related question

I was trying to upload my videos to Aniboom and I found these requirements.

File Types:
WMV, AVI, MOV up to 300MB

Codec:
Sorenson 3 video codec and AAC for the audio codec.

Resolution:
640X360 for 16:9 or 1280x720 for high definition, 640x480 for standard definition 4:3 (Video will get a Pillarbox effect)

So I set the resolution to 640x480 and I was wondering about a couple of things. I use Anime Studio 5.6 and would it be OK if I left it uncompressed? Or do I have to buy Sorenson 3 video? Also I use Windows Movie Maker and I was wondering what steps I had to take from there. Thank you for any help.

With a little research I believe that the codec is included with Quicktime. If you have Quicktime 3 or later you should have it. Try changing the render setting to Quicktime.

I export it using quicktime and I usually choose "animation" as a compression type and it comes out looking great. I just don't know where the whole sovernson 3 thing comes in.

just import your animation to Windows Movie Maker and export it from there.
