How do i make a layer start behind another layer and then go in front of it? I want to make a wave go behind a house and then in front of the house.
Appreciate the help

Layers must be inside a group or bone layer. You must go to the group or bone proprieties and enable animated layer order on depth sort tab.
Once you have that, modify the layer order in time (of the layers inside group/bone). You'll see the layer order keyframes when you select the group or bone layer.
