I am having problems figuring this out. How do I create a multi layer character and have it all locked together and move together in Anime 6 Debut? I am new and confused about this. Is this not an option for Debut?
Also does anyone have any problems running this on a windows 7 machine?

You must take all the layers and put them inside a bone layer. Check the tutorial.

OK, I'll check it out. I don't recall seeing that tutorial but I will look again. Thanks. Like I said I'm new to this so some things I don't grasp right away.
