Export a still from my animation to my blog?

Hi folks,
I've been using AS5 for a couple of years now. I use Windows Movie Maker, take still shots, and upload them to my blog or paste into email. But the quality sucks. I use other still programs (Publisher, Adobe Elements) to create stills but they have a lot of issues, too, and I don't get anywhere near the speed and flexibility that makes me love AS so much.
Does AS6 debut or pro have the ability to save a frame as a JPEG or PING or anything else I can use on the web?
Any suggestions?

I'm using AS5 now.

file - export animation - output format - select jpeg/PNG/swf from the menu and select the frame you wish to export.

If that's what you mean?

When I choose export animation the choices are
AVI movie
Quicktime movie
Flash (SWF)

I don't get a choice for JPEG or PING
??
Do you have Pro? Cause I don't, and if that's the difference I will upgrade.

Have you tried to Render/Preview a frame? There's a drop down menu below the render with 'Save As' on it. What if any options do you have there?

I just heard from support services, they said indeed, single frame export is available only for the pro editions.
No problem, now I know.
Thanks all.
