Hi All,

Hi, I'm T'sarveK.
Just started with A S Pro,
I'm Importing an avi into ASPro, It is 717 frames long, and the program seems to accept it, but when i try to play it, I only get some of the avi.

In the timeline, there is a RED triangle pointing towards the start of the avi, I get no image past this indicator. How do I move it to the end of the avi??

Have you set your "Project Settings" to 717 frames?

What Codec is the avi? Have you tried converting the video to a mov then importing it?

Aaahhh....Found this thread that might help.

Yes you can import png as sequential using the Scripts/Image/import image sequence. But 717 frames!!!! Yikes.

If you read that thread that I just posted the first poster says that Huffyuv does not work in AS. There are other formats that do support alpha channels.Try Sorenson Video 3 codec or Mov.

and now...

Hi Again,
the script added one of the sequences perfectly, but when i tried to add the second, also 717 frames long,I just giet a icon for a broken image file. and only 2 little blue dots in the time line,.

Have re rendered twice, put in different folders, tried to open in its own project file, and still the broken image icon.

well, am going to defrag now and go to sleep, t'is late here.
thanks, talk later .

Take care to not use any non-7bit-ASCII-characters in your filenames (like äöüßáñ) because AS will choke on these.
