Italian cartoon in ASP?

This is an italian cartoon , right now on Berlusconi's "Italia 1" channel, done by "Stranemani" italian animation studio. Do you think they use ASP?

it looks as a well planned AS animation, but perfectly could be Flash. I visited Stranemani page and they have a show-reel of "traditional animation" and another one of "Flash animation".

Somewhere I've read they use Toon Boom Studio...
I'm not sure, anyway!
