MY question is if i want to use the camera to track in in anime studio for my movie and i want it to move slowly should i add more points on the time line or less?
(When i say points i mean the markers that get left on the time line when u do an action using the camera in anime studio.)

I may not be understanding your question but if I am, try just clicking on the keyframe and dragging it farther in time.

You really only need two keyframes - one for the start camera position and one for the last position. The less keyframes the smoother the camera will move.
If you want it to move slower drag the end camera keyframe to the right on the timeline, thereby extending the time between the beginning and end kayframes for the camera move.
