Are there other tools to warp and distort vectors?

Are there other tools to warp and distort vectors? Specifically, a fisheye lens tool?
There are the magnetic tool, with some work it can make fisheye effect.
But for a better result I suggest you to do the fisheye in post production with Movie Maker or similar.
