Toggle wire frame and copy-paste keyframes buttons in menu

I don't mind that a lot of menu functions don't have a short cut, because on a Mac I can add them myself, by using the Mouse and Keyboard prefs. But when a button in AS isn't listed in the menu, I can't make it a shortcut.
I would like to make a shortcut to toggle the wireframe on and off and I want to have a shortcut to delete, copy and paste keyframes. But as they are not in the menu, I can't. It shouldn't be to much of a problem to have this listed in the menu?
