i draw image frm zbrush and pencil should i add this image to anime and will that images will M0ve

I take it you want to know if you can animate an image made in another software, like ZBrush or Photoshop, yes you can, just look at the tutorials.

ZBrush is a 3D modeler, texturer, some incredible art is made with it every day, not for the faint hearted though. It can also be used for sketching, but, again, not the easiest.
Many easier drawing software then ZBrush. Anime Studio has some good basic drawing tools as well.
