Keeping Antialiasing Checked By Default

Seems to me I read once of a script that keeps that dang antialiasing preview check box checked.
I see that this still opens all files with the option turned off by default, whether you saved your file with it checked on or not.
You would think that most people prefer to draw in Anime Studio using antialiased lines. I know I do.
Does such a script exist?
