I'm not sure how that works, but you bought the upgrade using your old serial number, right? So if the buyer ever tries to upgrade, there could be issues with two people trying to upgrade with the same serial number.

Yes, CP Support Staff already answered me.
I can sell my old serial to others but who buy it can't use support.
So I think it's a bit hard to sell it...
