Blend Morphs help

I want to make a "false 3D" in AS 6, or at least something like that. I am not new to Anime Studio, infact I am pretty good, but there are a few things that I don't know. One of them are blend Morphs.
So, what are blend morphs, when do I use them, and most importantly, how do I use them?

Do you use Debut or Pro?
Blend Morphs can't be created in Debut, only used when already made.
