Bones and switch folders

I have a character that's drawn out in a front, both 45 side views, both left and right sides, and back. Is there a way to create a bone structure that will translate to all of these, and if not, a way to switch between angles with different bone structures without starting a new scene. It's been giving me a lot of trouble!

put each character pose (bone layer) inside a switch layer. then animate the switch depending the pose you want on each moment.
Anyway, you never have the obligation of make a new scene if you don't want it. You can play with turning visibility on/off.
