My first project

This was my first fully realized project using Anime Studio Debut. . . it took me four weeks of intermittent work from storyboards to "final" product. . . .
The director of the stage play said he wanted to do a cartoon to play during this one number . . and I (having no experience of cartooning besides watching them) said "sure, sounds like fun" . . . the animation runs on a screen while the cast from a children s show sings along to the canned music in the video . .
The show is "Schoolhouse Rock Live!" and this is for the song "Interplanet Janet". . I did 5 videos total for this production but this one was the major project . . .
all the animation was created using AS6 on a Mac Mini .. then the scenes (there are 31 of them) were stitched together using iMovie .. timing was adjusted to synchronize with the prerecorded music. . . and Bob's your uncle. . .
my only complaint (besides ALL the things I would keep playing with if the show hadn't opened) is the resolution of Debut is limited and I lost much of the crispness . . . not so bad on this video but one of the four others that I did for this show has text and it's not as clear as I'd like . . .
anyway .. here it is . . .
