Crash on select group

Getting a crash when select group with no group then clicking on paint bucket is crashing AS 7 on my computer. Frame 0 only.

I'd like to try to reproduce it but I don't understand the "group with no group" statement. Can you detail it a bit more please?

Go to frame zero
If you are on Select points, translate points, scale points, In the top right hand corner, Select Group.
Don't make any groups but click on Select Group, under it will have the word 'none'
Now click on the paint bucket.
I get a crash every time.

Yep, crashed on me also.
Windows XP, SP 3
AS7 Pro.
I would suggest you guys saving your work before testing this.

OK, then It not just my computer with vista. I checked 5.6 works fine. But 6.0 has this bug. It not that big of a bug, but it shouldn't happen. I would be real pissed if I lost some work because of it.
