Anmie Studio 7 pro has to be close its not working

Hello everybody,
so nice that there is a forum where you can get help by people.Sorry but i am pissed off after i payed 200 $ it is to expected and then the support is so stupid and not acceptable.That has to be improved but that is not i gonna tell you animation friends.The problem is that this graphics program seems not to work on Windows Vista or general not on Windows.
If you use that program like usual after several minutes a notice of error that the Anime studio has to be closed because it is not working that the bad thing is that i didnt save it so work 2 hours and work hard and one crash shit and it is just away.
I think it would be stupid to ask me hey we need your system equipment because i tried to use it at the computers of my 5 friends and the same shit happended too.
I am disappointed and you here are my last chance to fix it maybe.I reinstalled it and installed it from my backup in my account and nothing helped.
