I recently purchased a copy of Anime studio 7 and Poser 7.
The Aneme refuses to register with the number they gave me.
the Poser has'nt been able to download properly and i've been told that i've ran out of tries.
After many emails to Smith Micro i'm being ignored,what's up with this company,they accepted the money i sent.
Anyone know how to contact these people?????

I think they have 30 day money back, if not satisfied deal.

I'm satisfied with the deal,i just want to be able to register Anime studio pro 7,so i'll be able to post vids on you tube.
And be able to download and register poser 7.
Seems i'm being ignored!

Render out your videos yourself and up load them to Utube. Skip the up loader in AS. I don't use it.

I had trouble also, it seems the letters are case sensitive and I think there are no 'O' just zero. Try all caps and zeros and if that don't work try all lower case and zeros.

Thanks,i finally managed to do it,like u said zero's and o's,What a frustration.

I see that poser was advertised with AS ,whats the connection??? can't find anything in the tutorials,having problems downloading,think i'll ask for a refund.Thanks for the reply.
