Specifically, can I use the Content Library's 'cartoon eyes' in an AS7PRO project which is intended to produce part of a commercial product?

I can't answer officially, i'm guessing legally you probably could, but my feeling on it would be that if it is intended to produce part of a commercial product you should take the time to do it yourself...

I would, but love to, but I'm both graphically and monetarily challenged (unemployed, in fact)...

I'm trying to make money by spending as little as possible. I will already have to pay for some graphics done, if I can get by with the eyes for free it would help.

That's why I'm asking... :)
