Is there any way to make a character lyp sync part of an audio file but not another part of it. Like if I want him to start and stop speaking multiple times during the same audio file?
Thanks in advance.

With papagayo you can create as many talkers as you want, but that process is slower than using the integrated lipsync.
Now, using the integrated lipsync you only must erase the keyframes you don't want (and maybe add a 'rest' pose on each silence). It's actually very easy.

Yes, go to the time line and delete the key frames you do not want synced. Lets say you have a audio file with more than one voice on it. Just manually scrub through the time line and delete the key frames per character that should not speak at that time.
