sequencer frame 0 freenze?

I created an animation, inluding some sound & bones. I wanted to shift the whole animation forward so i could put a title at the front so create a group layer and put everything inside. Then i dragged forward on teh sequencer for the group layer, but now every frame is the same as frame 0 (frozen) even though i can hear the dialogue, and see the bones moing if i go to a bone layer...?
