I hate coming in here for seemingly easy fixes. I added some keyframes. Specificly movement of the characters left bicept bone. The keyframes seem to show up but only work by moving the slider backwawards manualy. If I play it or move the slider forward, the bicept-L bone dont move. Its here at

It dont make sence.
Thanks

The biggest problem is you character's design, It's not the easiest to animate but it can be done. You do not need to draw the whole body and then put cloths on it. Maybe just draw the arms, neck, and heads with skin and the rest as cloths.
There are a lot of points that are not bound to any bone also.
Have you tried to animate a not so complicated character to learn the way AS works with layer and point binding?
I would shelve this character for a few weeks and work on the tutorials for now. I believe this would help you a lot.
Stephen
P.S.
Look at all the points and bones on that upper part of the body and the shoulder, you will see some points do not have a bone assigned to them. Also the L bicep has 3 points not assigned to a bone. Also there are some point animation on the shoulder that's causes some of this'.

Yeah. I seem to jump ahead sometimes. I was thinking of starting all over anyway. Im real new at this and dont yet have a template to go by. A good tutorial with technique as well as technical would be helpfull. Allot of tutorials out there but not much on the planning side of things and order and whatnot.
But your right, I got to take time to master the program before getting in to deep. I was anxious to compleat my first character. Ive been wanting to do this for years. But no drawing talent. Now in a weeks time I had something

But time to do it right.
If anyone has any links to some good in depth tutorials, please post em.
Thanks

I do not think you need to master AS. I was just suggesting that you might take a step backwards.
The help section has a lot of useful tutorials.
I'm just guessing but imo a majority of 1st post from new members are about shapes distorting or shapes not moving with the bone. AS is about bones. If learn how to use them and how to bind point and layers to them then bones become you friend.
