How do I repair a corrupted file?

Hello all,
I have been working many hours on my animation project and then it locked up and closed. Now I am getting the error:
Could not open file.
Error Details
Read error at line 534. In code file ..\..\..\lib_moho\audiolayer.cpp, line 80.
