Hi
I have two questions:
1. Is it possible to edit mutiple vector layers simultaniously? I have a character using several vector layers and I'd like to defomr them all.
2. Is it possible to bake several vector layers into a single one?

1.Im not sure what you mean by edit but i think you cant, you have to do it one by one but it actually depends on what you want to do with them, for example you can enable the noise settings of all the vector layers of your document in one single step if you go to Script, draw, apply skecthy effect.

2.You can group all the vector layers you want in a group layer.

You cant merge layers, but you can copy/past points from one to another, although, sometimes the scaling doesn't work perfectly .
