Is there a section for AS Debut?

I am trying to get tips and techniques for Anime Studio but I only have the Debut version and it is apparent that every tutorial or tip assumes you have the pro version.
Where can I get help on the Debut version?

As far as tutorials go, you pretty much can do the Pro tutorials with Debut.
The only real differences between the two programs are for advanced uses and layers, like Group, Particle, Physics, Reusable Animations, and things like that.
The basics of creation and bone movement are the same.
Your best sources of help are 1. The User Manual - Read it and do all the tutorials.
2. The forums here - If (after you've gone through the manual) you have a problem that you can't figure out, someone here may have a solution or technique to help you.
3. YouTube - There are a lot of great tutorials (some SPECIFICALLY for Debut) that can possibly help you with things.
4. The Smith Micro support team - This is only if your program is not working correctly.
