I think there is no anime show made with AS.
You can find several cartoons made with AS that are very nice, for example check Freakishkids work.

That's not true. Didn't some Romanian guy post recently that he'd animated a TV series over several years using AS "until it was censored?" Search for it...

kkrawal, I am willing to bet that was not made in AS.
1) It's frame by frame
2) It's scanned in drawings [i.e bitmaps]
Those mouths provided with AS are generic cartoon mouths. So just coincidence.

Here are some TV shows I know of that used AS:
Halvseint
Myggan
Cluckie the Vampire Chicken
Woezel en Pip
Most seem to be European. I don't know why that is. Hopefully it doesn't mean you have to be European to make TV quality animation with AS, though

I've made a 52 part series in AS:

It hasn't actually got on tv yet (cough).
I also used to animate a weekly Saturday morning 5-minute local kids show in AS.

I read somewhere that Cluckie is done with Flash not AS.

Nope, it's AS. There's a 'making of' thing here:

I think Stu said they did the animatics in Flash, because they felt it had better freehand drawing tools. Perhaps that's the source of the confusion.

From what I gather, the storyboarding is done in Flash. Subsequently the animatic is made from the storyboard, then the drawings are redone [I assume in Flash, or maybe pencil on paper... that part is not clear], then those cleaned up drawings are brought into Anime studio to be traced over with vectors and then 'rigged' with bones. So AS plays the role of the traditional inking stage, plus animation - that would be my best guess. Probably composited in After Effects, as that was mentioned elsewhere.
AS can make 't.v. quality animation' - when talking strictly of output resolution. These days we are at a point where television has ran out of ideas and gimmicks, so the internet is looked on as the next frontier. 'The Life Of Tim' wouldn't even be watchable for me as a SWF animation in the 1990's, let alone to be on television.
