I have the idea I read about a tricky way to get this years ago, but can't find the thread, so I write it again.

Know anybody if is possible to bind a layer to a bone and some points of that same layer to other bone?
I'm having problems with a little experiment.

why don't you select all points and bind to a bone, then select the points you want to rig to bone2 and bind them? Sometimes we overcomplicate things and don't see the wood for the trees (or i misunderstood the question )

You could try with a 2nd bone layer. Put your layer inside and bind the bone. Then add a bone to this 2nd bone layer and bind the points. Maybe with a bit of work around you could do the trick you're looking for...
