G'dayfrom Australia.

Last week I purchased ASP Pro 8.

For many days now I have been trying to enter the serial number to authorise the program but without fail.

Following suggestions here, I have been very careful in entering the serial number without any spaces before or after, but to no evail.

I have tried to contact Smith Micro, but cannot get a support ticket running because of an error message about a field not being entered correctly.

I have emailed Smith Micro, but have not had a response. I sent the email to cs@smithmicro.com

Can someone here please give me an alternative email address for Smith Micro, where I will get a response.

Thank you.

Paul.

Gday Paul,

You might wanna try this page. Start a new incident tell them your problem.
I am seriously thinking of using it. Possibly for a refund but I havent decided yet. weighing the pros and cons of keeping it.

Okay, but did you try Belgarath&s suggestions?
Maybe trying it in another browser?

I wasn't able to enter my serial number using the Chrome browser. When I switched to IE and tried it again it worked just fine.

Hello.

Well, I have tried entering the serial numbers on two different computers (maximum allowed installations) and failed on both.

I have also tried to create a ticket using two browsers and failed both times.

Thank you for the suggestions. I hope someone can give me an email address to Smith Micro so I can follow up with them. Thank you.

Paul.

Are you typing the serial number or cutting and pasting?

Also - when did you send an email to cs@smithmicro.com? We are closed for support on the weekends, so if you emailed after Friday afternoon, you will receive a response after they begin processing tickets today.
