Free tutorials??

Having just splashed out my last pennies for Pro 8 and am therefore "broke", can anyone recommend any FREE video tutorial courses? I've started following the Mark Bremmer one on YouTube (animationfun101) and it seems excellent; and I plan to work through the manual toots, but if there are any more out there any of you can recommend it'd be much appreciated! Thanks in anticiption.
