About Stylos HD from Retas Pro HD...I have problem , help me

My Stylos have not display layer palette even
I open it in menu bar [window>>>layer palette]
and even I delete the whole program and install again
it still disappear
what should I do

I have the current Japanese version.
If you hold SHIFT while pressing the icon to start Stylos HD, you should
get a message asking if you want to clear the settings.
BY the way, do you also have ASP? Justasing as it's your first post and your asked about other software

PS. Is ASP is mean Anime Studio Pro ?
