Installing on a new computer

I've just bought a new computer (finally have Windows 7 instead of Vista!) and I now have two issues:

1) I've used the order finder to locate my order of Anime Studio Pro 7 for re-download, but after clicking the download button I get an error message saying it was only available for download 30 days after purchasing. Where do I go to re-download, if not through the order finder?

2) The order specifically says win32 in the name, and my new OS is a 64bit system. Do I need a 64bit version, or will 32bit be fine?

Many thanks for reading ^^

First, you should always create at least two partitions on your system hard drive if you only have one.

The second partition can then hold your important files, and those important files should be backed up on CD/DVD, especially if there are originals of softwares you bought, this is common sense! ;)

I run Anime Studio pro on win 7 64 bits no problem here, so you should have none as well.

As far as downloading, I know of peoples with only a demo of Anime Studio, but no idea where they got it.

A solution might be to contact Smith Micro and get an extension, or maybe get it with 30 days trial and cancel as soon as you get it!

I know there is a free demo of Anime Studio Debut you can get, not sure about pro.

You're right, it is common sense! That comment jogged my memory, and I checked a folder of important backups I'd copied over to my new PC and found a setup executable for Anime Studio Pro 7! Yay!

Good to hear that it works well on Windows 7 64bit too. Thanks for your help, GCharb :)
