I have several scenes with multiple objects. I would like to merge them into one big scene. How do I do this? I thought Group Layer would allow me to do this. But it only allows you to import one object from a scene into the big scene at a time.

You can import one AS object from another file into your current file - one at a time. AS can only import what's on the top hierarchy level. Prepare your source files (duplicates), and import as many as you need. In your target file you can arrange them to your liking.

You can't import camera movements.

You could always render each scene out and edit them together in a video editing suite (Premiere, Final Cut etc.). A freelancer friend of mine usually approaches his AS projects like this as he has a very under-performing PC and has to keep files as small as possible.
