This is worth studying. Note all the subtle movements of the young owl's head, and the timing. And note as well the adult owl's expressions: all is delivered through head position, rotation, and tilt, nothing else.
Now it would be nice to see our ubiquituous "new, improved head turns" deliver some emotion...
