Hi, sorry if this has already been covered. I am trying to download the update from 8 to 8.1, but I get the following message when I click the download link:

That product is no longer active. We’re sorry. Try a keyword search to find similar products

A keyword search only finds the products for purchase, not the update.

Anyone else having problems?

It's definitely behaving the way you say it is and wasn't behaving that way when I downloaded the update. You should contact support.

If they found a bug in 8.1 they probably pulled it until they fix it.
