mouth sounds and other issues

I am making a toon from the ground up, so I want to draw it all myself, but I'm not familiar with the positions the mouth makes saying different sounds. I was wondering if theres a list somewhere. Also, once I draw them all, how do I put them all in one file so i can use the auto lip sync function? Thanks.
