Copying from a bones layer to a switch layer

lo all
right well ive started an animation and it looks like i need to use
a switch layer now. pfff
anyway ive done some work allready in a bone layer and was wondering
if i can just copy that data to the switch layer.
is this possible? as i really dont wanan have to redo everything :(

You can edit your *.moho file directly with a Notepad (i. e.) to became a Bone Layer in to a Switch Layer (or viceversa) is not difficult, but I'm not in me PC and I can't explain now... I only remember that layer_type 4 is for Bone Layers and layer_type 5 for Switch... you must change that parameters in your layer data (and maybe some parameters more, like Switch specific information...) and and you'll get it... Hope...

yeah just changing the layer_type 4 to 5 produces an error.

maybie i can just add more layers in and turn them on/off as needed.
thing is i cant seem to animated layer visibility.
how do you add keyframes for it?

If you double-click on the layer that you want to make visible/invisible there is a word 'visible' and a box next to it and when there is a tick in the box it is visible and vise versa.

On the timeline it will show up (when it is invisible) in red and when you turn it visible again it will turn back to normal colour.
